Curtin Football Yoga

Curtin’s Football Yoga is a great way to build flexibility, balance and strength. For adults (parents welcome!), senior players (18’s and up) for both men and women.

- Day/Dates: Thursdays from 13th Oct - Time: 5:30pm-6:30pm (finishes in time for start of Senior Social Football) - Cost: Gold coin donation (pay as you go) - Venue: Raphael Park – outside club rooms - What to bring: Loose fitting clothing. All equipment provided, but please bring your own if preferred Joanne Mottram is a fully qualified Yoga instructor with an interest in the football-related benefits of Yoga. Jo teaches both Iyengar and Yin Yoga and includes techniques to work around any injuries you may be carrying.
