We run teams in the footballwest junior leagues - girls are welcome to play in these teams

We are also opening some girls only teams in 2025 starting with under 10s for girls born in 2015 and 2016







About

MiniRoos Club Football is a home-and-away competition designed for boys and girls of ages listed below. Using modified rules and smaller pitches, this format is tailor-made to the needs of young bodies and minds. In this 'Skill Acquisition Phase' coaches balance good technical development with the importance teamwork, an inclusive atmosphere and above all, fun.

* Boys and girls born 2018 having well developed football skills may request to "play up" in an U8 team and be assessed at a pre-season training session.

Training

New players can attend a training session prior to registering.

WHEN: Tuesdays & Thursdays, usually from 5pm-6:15pm. See EVENTS for dates and times.

WHERE: Raphael Park, Gloucester Street, Victoria Park WA 6100 (map here)

BRING: Sports clothing (no uniform), football/soccer boots (required), shin pads (required), drink bottle. Parents are required to attend and help set up/pack up.


Games

WHEN: Sunday mornings (See TeamApp FIXTURES published 1 week before season starts)

WHERE:

Home games at Raphael Park.

Away games TBA by your Team Manager

BRING: As for training, but also need game uniform (details with registration). Parents are required to attend and help set up/pack up.
