As part of our COVID safety measures we’re inviting all CUFC members and their immediate family to take advantage of this FREE on-site vaccination offer to reduce member’s chance of catching the seasonal flu.

MEDICARE CARD REQUIRED
A Medicare card is required to cover each person receiving a vaccination.

TICKET REQUIRED
Please purchase a ticket (free or donation) for each person via the event on our app or website.
1 ticket required per vaccination.
Limited to 6 vaccinations per family.
