Curtin junior players (U5-U18), families and coaches please join us for our end of year windup and presentation.

Members and players will have access to all grassed areas.

FREE sausage sizzle for registered players.
Canteen maybe open (subject to help being available) and some food and drinks maybe available, otherwise its BYO picnic.

WHAT TO BRING
blanket, chairs, hats, sunscreen etc. as required.

SCHEDULE
9:00am – Arrive and assemble in front of club house (see map)
9:15am – Move to join your team in their chosen picnic spot (see map)
9:30am – Welcoming notes, member briefing and thank our coaches and volunteers.
10:00am – Round Robins – and kick-around
12:30pm – Launch – sausage sizzle
1:00pm -Team presentations by coach/manager
Note: If your coach is playing or unavailable, your Team Manager will coordinate a presentation time.
1:30pm – Packup & Cleanup

- setup (8:45 – 9:00 am)
- BBQ (11:45-1:30)
- food prep & service (12:30)
- packup & cleanup (1:30-2:45)
