Currently the private room at Varsity Bar (Waterford) unless RSVP’s exceed the capacity, so RSVP is essential. If a change of venue is required then a further notice with be sent prior to the AGM. Please arrive by 645pm for a 700pm start.

ANNUAL REPORT
A brief report on how CUFC has fared in season 2023 and plans for 2024.

COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS
The following 4 executive committee positions are automatically spilled at the AGM every year:
1. President
2. Vice President
3. Treasurer
4. Secretary

In addition, CUFC are always aiming to encourage participation across the whole of the club. To be able to do this CUFC is looking for people to fulfill or assist with the following 11 voluntary general administration roles within the club:
1. Social sub-committee
2. Sponsorship sub-committee
3. Assistant Treasurer
4. Member Protection
5. Equipment Manager(s)
6. Clubroom Manager(s)
7. Sponsorship, grants, and fundraising
8. Volunteers Coordinator
9. Marketing and social media
10. Facilities and bookings
11. IT Manager
