A little sore after training? Curtin’s Football Yoga is a great way to build flexibility, balance, coordination and strength. For adults, men and women i.e. senior players (18’s and up) and parents of juniors. COST: First session free to try, then $5 per session.
VENUE: Edinburgh Oval, Curtin University – outside club rooms.
WHAT TO BRING: We suggest loose-fitting clothing. All equipment provided, but please bring your own if preferred.

Please RSVP to allow us to cater for numbers * Joanne Mottram is a fully qualified Yoga instructor with an interest in the football-related benefits of Yoga. Jo teaches both Iyengar and Yin Yoga and includes techniques to work around any injuries you may be carrying.
